I'm a set designer with a background in film studies and a hands-on approach to storytelling through space, texture, and detail. With a degree in Film from Portland State University, I’ve developed a strong foundation in set design, sewing, costume work, and prop creation skills I’ve used to bring characters and worlds to life on screen.
Whether working on a film production or crafting visual displays for a retail environment, I bring a resourceful, collaborative mindset to every project. I believe great design balances creativity with constraints and finding imaginative ways to make the most of any budget while keeping the visual storytelling clear and compelling.
My eye for composition was sharpened in an unexpected place: a local pet store, where I turned a storefront into a rotating series of themed displays and managed social media accounts to deepen community engagement. That blend of branding, design, and hands-on execution continues to inform the way I work today.
I’m driven by the belief that every set tells a story and I love being part of the team that makes that story feel real.
